My name is Jeremy Abramson
I am so grateful that you are here. Long story short, after sleeping in my Honda-CRV for nine long nights in 2015, I realized that I needed to make a change. I had too much passion, kindness, and grit to be in this position.
Shortly after, I made the conscious decision to take ownership of all areas of my life. And for the last 6 years, I’ve been on a journey to become the best version of myself and unleash my full potential. After travelling the world, attending dozens of workshops, and nerding out on all things health and wellness, I became obsessed about sharing this knowledge with others in the hopes of impacting ONE BILLION lives.
I realize this is a lofty goal, but I am committed to the journey and not attached to the outcome.
Anyways, I first remember hearing about blue-light blocking glasses for the first time at a health conference, called Paleo FX, in March 2018. It made so much sense to me. You can call it one of those “Aha moments.”
